Put your finished video into the timeline.
Pop-up appears with "project settings."
Choose option, "custom."
Press, "OK"
Open, "Callouts"
Press the green button, SC
Go to "Type", a drop down menu appears.
Select, "Transparent Hotspot"
Once you have selected, "Transparent Hotspot", a box appears in the palate.
The size of the box can be increased/decreased to meet your needs.
Go to the "Text Editor" and add the text you want to appear.
At the bottom of the "Text Editor", select the "Flash Hotspot Properties" button.
A Pop-up appears. Select "Jump to URL."
Check the box that says, "Open URL in new browser window"
Click, "OK"
Scroll to the top right hand corner of the "Text Editor", select the "Finish" button. SC
On the timeline, you can drag the hyperlink anywhere you need it to appear.
Select the "Produce Video" option. SC
In the blue rectangular bar, check to see it reads, "Custom Settings"
Select "Next", SC
Check to see "Flash Output" is recommended.
Note: The hyperlink only works once your video has been uploaded.
To test the hyperlink before uploading, select, "Next", SC,
Check "Flash Options> Controls> Check to the "Jump to URL" contains your destination link.
Select "Apply", Select, "OK", Close small window. SC
Select, "Next", SC, select, "Next" again.
Upload first to "Screencast" to verify the hyperlink works.
Once you're happy with everything, select, "Finish".
