LIBRARY - The library stores all of your video clips, intros, callouts, title slides and other media assets you want to use from project to project. It is pre-populated with professional content you can use in your videos. You can download more media from our website by clicking the 'Get more media' link. You'll find a lot more music, callouts, and animated titles to use in your projects. And, it's all free. Once you locate something you want to use in your project, just drag it to a track on the timeline, resize it, and reposition it as needed. The player provides playback on multiple devices with just one video whether it's on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer.

--- At the top of the TIMELINE portion of the screen are "tick marks" that represent time in minutes and in seconds.

--- The tracks are layered on top of each-other. Media you add to the higher tracks is displayed over media located on the lower tracks on the canvas.

Before you upload the recorded video, you have to produce the video. The video you record does have an AVI that you can extract, which you could upload to YouTube directly (if you don't want to edit): To Extract the AVI:
1. In Camtasia Studio, right-click on a CAMREC file in the ClipBin.
2. Select Extract Camrec Contents from the context menu.
3. Select the destination and click OK.
4. The AVI (screen recording) and WMV (camera recording)files save to the directory selected.
